For over 16 years, this dedicated individual has been passionately teaching fitness and yoga to both adults and children. Her extensive experience includes serving as a fitness presenter for BCRPA, the Surrey School G7 Girls Conference, Castlegar Fitness Forum, as well as engagements with the YMCA and YWCA starting from 2016. In recognition of her outstanding contributions, she was honored with the "Best Instructor of the Year of 2016" award from Steve Nash Fitness World. As a proud mother of two children, she finds immense fulfillment in her role.
Her genuine affection for teaching is evident in her deep commitment to the practice. Connecting with people through fitness and yoga is not just a profession but a cherished passion, described as the jewel in her life. She firmly believes that fitness, yoga, and a healthy lifestyle provide essential tools to unite the mind, body, and spirit.
Beyond her devotion to fitness and yoga, this individual has an additional passion for expanding her career horizons. She aims to share the concepts of happiness and worthiness in school settings to educate youth.
